Our approach
A hotel film in the Pinzgau rarely fails in the edit — it fails on the weather window.
Alpine shoots follow their own logic. The light on the glacier at 9am is not the light at 3pm, the cable car runs on a timetable rather than a shooting script, and one bad-weather day costs more than any extra camera. We plan shoot days around fallback locations and realistic time windows instead of wishful thinking.
One shoot produces a package rather than a single film: the brand film for the website, vertical cuts for Instagram and TikTok, stills for the brochure and booking funnel. For hotels communicating across several seasons, that is the difference between a project and a media library.

How do you handle bad weather in the mountains?
We plan every alpine shoot day with a fallback location — usually interiors, spa or cuisine — and place the exterior shoot in the best weather window. On multi-day productions we hold a reserve day in the schedule, charged only if it is used.
Are you permitted to shoot in the Hohe Tauern National Park and on glaciers?
For drone flights we work with licensed pilots and obtain the necessary permits in advance. In protected areas and on cable car property we always coordinate with operators and authorities before the shoot day is fixed.
Can you shoot photography alongside the video production?
Yes, and in the alpine environment that is usually the most economical option. Since the demanding parts are the travel, the setup and the weather window, we produce photo and video within the same shoot block.
